Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within the timeframes below once the order has left our warehouse. 

You should receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on the way to you.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • 2-3 business days via DPD
  • Please note that duties, customs, and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

UK Mainland

  • 2-3 business days via UK Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Europe 

  • 6 - 8 business days via DPD
  • For countries in the European Union, please note that duties, customs, and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

International (Incl. US & Australia)

  • Up to 10 business days via Royal Mail International
  • Please note that any duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by your destination country are your responsibility. As these charges vary, we’re unable to provide specific cost estimates. If you decline to pay these fees upon delivery, the amount will be deducted from your refund once the order is returned to us.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights

International orders
Returns are accepted on orders delivered within Ireland, the UK and the EU. Orders delivered outside these regions are final sale, except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Any customs or duty charges on returns sent from outside Ireland are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside IRELAND:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges, and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes;
you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. If you return any Products to us from a destination outside IRELAND, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having a similar effect.
